THE POSITION

The Data Analyst will play a key role in enhancing our quality management processes. In this role, you will develop and maintain quality data management systems, dashboards, and reports to ensure accurate quality reporting and support data-driven decision-making. You will oversee the collection, validation, and visualization of quality metrics, analyze trends and KPIs to identify improvements and mitigate risks, and collaborate with internal teams to recommend process optimizations. Additionally, you will support the integration of automated quality inspection systems and provide training on data-driven quality management practices, making a direct impact on the continuous improvement of our quality standards.

HOW YOU WILL BE MAKING AN IMPACT

  • Develop and maintain quality data management systems to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate quality performance.
  • Oversee the collection, validation, and visualization of quality metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze quality data, trends, and KPIs to identify improvements and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify quality trends and recommend process optimizations.
  • Support the integration of automated quality inspection systems for seamless data reporting.
  • Train teams on data-driven quality management practices.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU REQUIRE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, Quality Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong data analysis experience in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, & or data-oriented development.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with quality management software (QMS) and ERP system is a plus.
